Mysterious Mystery - TDH Hazy Double IPA

It was a dark and stormy night… the kettle was boiling, the fermentors were bubbling, and the brew team was nowhere to be found. What could they be up to? Bags of Waimea, Nelson, Nectaron, Riwaka, & Galaxy were strewn about the brewery while Pilsner and Oat malt littered the floor. Bag that triple dry-hopped Hazy Double IPA recipe as evidence, because we have a hypothesis for this whodunit: could it be The Fu! Crew, with a mash paddle in the cellar? Lingering notes of tropical guava, sticky pear, and lychee sure point to it. This may be a cold case, but that’s just how we like it!
