Come along with us as we learn a thing or two about hoppy bevs and culinary creations from Senseis Whitney and Doug of Grand Fir! Together, we wrote a recipe that’s “West Coast” through and through: hop-forward, dry, and just the right hit of bitterness. Columbus Cryo, Krush Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Nectaron, and Simcoe karate chop the palate with notes pulled straight from the fruit bowl: fresh-picked strawberries, mango, and orange Starburst galore.
