Always the Student - DDH West Coast IPA

If there’s one thing in life you can be sure of, it’s that the more you know, the more you realize you don't know. Turns out, brewing beer is no different! So for today’s lesson, we’re studying a new West Coast IPA recipe, double dry-hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Tangier. Take note of the flavors and aromas of dank white grape, saturated citrus, and orange blossom honey. Consider us pleased with the result, but never fully satisfied…after all, the moment you become a master is the moment you stop being a student.
