A Rare Moment of Restraint - Cellarmaker/Green Cheek Collab - West Coast Pilsner
Less is more. While it sure is fun to dry hop the heck outta a beer, especially when writing a recipe with Cellarmaker & Green Cheek, we decided that perhaps balance is found in a really lovely, delicate little libation. Flavors and aromas of lime peel, dank mary jane, blueberry, and a touch of lemongrass shine thanks to Columbus Cryo, Krush Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Peacharine, Tropical Fusion, Simcoe, and Simcoe Cryo. We may have shown a bit of restraint with this one, but don’t count on it happening again!
